Faith Furniture, which is located at 140 Eagle Street in Utica, NY is an outreach ministry of Mohawk Valley Trinity United Methodist Church.

Mission

Faith Furniture's mission is to help provide the basic needs of as many people locally as possible by providing low cost furniture and household items.

Founded

Grown from a vision by parishioners of Trinity United Methodist Church in Whitesboro, NY, Faith Furniture opened its doors on August 23, 2003.

Outreach

Faith Furniture continues to help thousands of families and individuals each year with their basic furniture and household needs.

In Need?

Through gracious donations, we offer a consistently changing array of quality preowned furniture at reasonable prices, along with an assortment of lamps and tabletop appliances and other some other household items. We do not handle washers, dryers, refrigerators or similar “large” appliances. We also do not handle baby/infant/toddler furniture or other items. Availability is on a “first come – first served” basis. Cash is referred for payment. Service agencies are suggested to contact Faith Furniture for other payment options.
We offer local delivery service. There is a $10.00 charge for fuel consideration. Arrangements for deliveries can be made at time of sale. Delivery days and times will vary but are usually in the evenings. Due to size and space, we are only able to deliver very larger items to the first floor. Pickup arrangements for purchased furniture can also be made at the time of purchase.

Donations

Faith Furniture is constantly searching for and accepting donations of well cared for pieces suitable for re-sale. We will accept single items or entire estates. Arrangements for estate donations should be made by calling the office to have a volunteer visit to determine how best for us to handle acceptance. All donations are tax-deductible! Single/small donations can be dropped off to us at 140 Eagle St. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10 am and 2 pm, or you may call to make other arrangements for your convenience if necessary.
