Our Passion, Their Passion
Our 6th – 8th Grade Middle School program uses the XP3 Curriculum to help Fuel Passion, by giving students and young adults opportunities to be the church, to make a difference and influence their generation.
XP3 – What is it?
XP3 Students is designed as a comprehensive student curriculum intended to fuel three relationships (God, self and others) through five filters (grow spiritually, connect relationally, serve actively, examine biblically and decide personally) in the lives of your students.
In XP3, there are three things that we believe every student should experience in student ministry (and in life)—three things they must have in order to have a personal, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ. Those three things are wonder, discovery and passion.
At the XP3 core, wonder, discovery, and passion are really just another way of phrasing what Jesus said was the greatest commandment, the summary of all the other commandments: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself’” (Matthew 22:37-39 NIV).
